A facility normally located in the very center of a warship, the CIC is dedicated to using sensor readout and tactical data to dictate threats and providing intelligence to the bridge. This facility is normally manned by two electronic specialists and an Ship Intelligence Specialist from the Nachrichtendienst.

The room itself is a spherical shape with central platform extending into the center. The walls of the sphere contains a large holographic representation of the space around the vessel. Three chairs are located on the central platform with their backs facing each other, two of these chairs are on retractable lift arms and have a 180-degree maneuverability around the room. The third seat is directly center in the platform with the master computer of the CIC in front of it.

A Abwehran Fire Suppression Locker and a First Aid Station are located near the entrance.
