The highest Officer rank an individual can attain in the Weltraumflotte without being placed in command of the entire branch.

Admirals are fleet commanders and are always responsible for the entire fleets they command down to the lowest ranking individual. Given supreme command of their fleets by the Emperor and Parliament, there is currently one a single Admiral in all of the Weltraumflotte.
