No society is without some sort of criminal element. The same is true for the Poku'vonai. While major crimes are rare and not tolerated. The guilty are dealt with harshly and swiftly.

In the intricacies and intrigues within the clan, the occasional need arises for skills not considered proper. For this reason there remains a small criminal element among the Poku'vonai. Mostly thieves, cut-purses, forgers, and smugglers. These people are technically part of other Sects, but perform special services for the right price. Members of the Degonjo Ta'a are often recruited by other members who see potential. Obviously they do not advertise their presence and finding them is not simple.
