Based on Howard Station in orbit around Planet Osman, Havok Motors is a new division of the parent company focusing on exactly that! While CEO and founder of Havok Customs, Jackson Winston-Allibaster Howard, originally planned to stick to modification of existing vehicles and weapons, the mechanically-savvy minkan with a creative mind decided he wanted to begin creating adrenaline-boosting rides of his own and founded Havok Motors in YE 40.
