Physical Description

Foreman is fully encased within her Cyborg body. It is a chunky squat construction that looks as if it would be well suited for combat. Thick plates cover most of the vital motor systems. The bodies legs are normal jointed and end in a set of tri-clawed feet for usage on high gravity worlds to spread the chassis' weight.

Large pauldrons cover the central units processor and optics, giving the unit a hunched appearance. The singular optical eyes is located on the center of the torso, attached via a running rail, allowing the eye to move its point of view up and around itself, even to behind its facing. The eye glows a permanent dull red. The rest of the upper torso gives way to various delicate looking electronics, whether they be scanners or sensors remains to be decided upon. The right side of the optical sensors resting point appears to be a hull mounted weapon set back into the torso, almost out of sight.

Each arm ends in a delicate manipulator claw, both of which look as if they are out of place on the chunkier model. They seem outwardly bereft of any weapons. Upon the units back, a power pack is obviously visible. A hardened case that is welded onto the frame outputs into twin exhausts above the box like addition.

Her entire body appears to be covered in an archaic urban camo. Scratched and scorched, it doesn't look as if it has seen upkeep in quite some time.

Personality

Foreman is a motivated person and will fuss over the slightest almost minutiae details of a task. Happily getting on with anything with a disturbingly sunny disposition.

Foreman is incredibly social and will happily fuss over and talk to people all day if given half the chance. It may however seem like sometimes that she zones out mid conversation, this is however a side affect of her remote command one automata or another and she will then continue the conversation as if it had never happened. She appreciated bluntness however as she understands she can prattle on.

Foreman loves any Automata under her control or anyone else's for that matter. Almost believing herself to be a queen of her very own insect hive in regards to her attitudes. Why this is the case she will never truly bother to explain. She will happily prod anything and everything if she is curious often ending in mishaps. She appears distinct from any networks bar her own, due to damage or choice.

History

Foreman Queen Seven-Two 23-2016-1994 was born in YE17.

Foreman was originally named Herette Vasson. And as a girl grew up obsessed with the mechanical entities that existed around her. Robots. Automated systems. AI. All of it was a mystery that deserved exploring in her eyes.

Her early life remains as much a mystery to her as others as she doesn't seem to recall it despite having been uploaded into a mechanical body and her memory's implanted. Her body itself was created upon the colony of Port Hope. Designed off the chassis of a defunct war-droid. Her mind was uploaded due to its ease of multi-tasking, able to remote control several Automata at once whilst relaying orders to other all the while keeping tabs on them all. She was affectionately named Foreman by her creators and set to work.

A couple of years passed as Foreman got on with her tasks. Mining ore here. Ordering repairs there. Never truly pushing herself as she got used to her new mechanical body over the biological functions of her old, using her free time to. Time passed as her efforts went un-applauded and unnoticed and she grew ever more dissatisfied with her role despite slowly coming to view the machines under her command with affection.

After a severe falling out with one of the station engineers after she requested a routine tune up on her chassis, she decided to jump ship and find somewhere new. Leading her battered slightly frazzled combat chassis out into the void. She has travelled from place to place since then. Studying her many past helpers as she went. She knew she could improve them. That they would appreciate her work.

Time spent researching subjects and bumming around the station have taught Foreman several languages. Though she is proficient with only two.

Maintenance and Repair

Years spent maintaining a small fleet of maintenance Automata and drones have ingrained themselves into Foreman's memory banks. Blueprints of common units are available for her to pull up at will alongside station schematics for various important sections.

Technology Operation (Computers and networking)

Built into Foreman's very casing is an advanced amount of networking equipment capable of handling a couple of hundred connections at any one time whilst parsing data from them. Time spent studying her networking capabilities have given her an insight into what can be accomplished with her form.

Engineering (Junkers/Orbitals)

The upkeep of the station wasn't solely in her hands. But the parts that were, worked. They always worked. Knowledge was downloaded into her memory that meant she understand each and every little nook of cranny of both her workers and the station she resided in. Studying these designs, she could likely reproduce them if given the correct industry and materials.

Mindware (Accelerated learning, digital memory, knowledge.)

Freespacers all have basic neural tech installed at birth for childhood education. These may be used later in life to accelerate learning ability, allowing a Freespacer to learn a skill in a fraction of the time it may take most humanoids. These also provide a small digital memory bank, allowing one to privately record and store memoirs, or share these with others. Finally one can download reference books or instruction manuals into this digital memory, giving others the illusion that a user knows much more than they truly do. This skills also allows them to stay connected to Polysentience and to access the collective consciousness of their race, and to remotely connect and interface to most technology.

Knowledge (Geology)

Mining for materials was never really her job. But the data was given to her anyway. A swarm of hook legged junk bots could no doubt strip an asteroid or landscape if given proper supervision and time.

Technology Operations

Foreman possess decent knowledge on how to work just about any simple technology from her upbringing and subsequent construction. Opening doors. Switching on lights. The possibilities are endless.
