The E51-604 System is a star system a few lightyears to the galactic east of 188604. The system is lifeless, and has few planets orbiting a red dwarf star.

E51604 was original claimed by the Nekos and Ninjitsu Resort Corporation as a place to build an extensive set of theme parks. The first of those is 'Nekos and Ninjitsu' an ancient ninja/fantasy themed park. The park was visited first by aashi_nath, uso, and Ulysses S. Werner in late YE_38.

Due to an uptick in NMX activity, the park had to close in YE_40 before it was officially completed.
