Construction started on the Functional Atmospheric Projector in YE_39 as a method to start bringing the weather systems of 188604 under control.
About the Functional Atmospheric Protector
The facility is planned to eventually be around 4 square kilomters in size, and house hundreds of shield projection units based around a single control tower. The array can be used to slow, strengthen, or divert wind currents to help bring sandstorms near the city under control.
The name for the facility, was provided by the I'ee as the usostarorganization could not agree on a name.
Location
The facility is located just slightly south west of Osman City on 188604, very close to the remains of Mt. Gleipnir(s).
