Saemâqi star metal is the strongest material that the Poku Saeruo Degonjo can produce. It has not changed since before the Norka (The Exodus).

It is produced in a Udano Mâqisumanâ (Gravity Forge). It is a compound that combines, Carbon, Ruthenium, Osmium, Titanium and Iron. It is produced at a gravity/pressure twice that of Mâqirây (Bound Metal) Saemâqi has a density much higher than Mâqirây (Bound Metal). An object made of Saemâqi weighs nearly three times as much as one made of Mâqirây (Bound Metal). Being in the presence of a gravity field causes the bonds to tighten which makes it ideal for ship construction because the artificial gravity fields help maintain the effect. Because of its density it is hard to work with and most items made from it are created at the Udano Mâqisumanâ (Gravity Forge) with minimal modification afterward.
