The .45-70 Dallas is a rimmed brass cased center fire rifle cartridge with a 405 grain (26.2 g) lead-cored, copper-jacketed, and flat-nosed bullet developed by Dallas McClosky in YE 39 for use in the ranger Rifle. that he constructed.
