The the 20mm Phoenix is a delayed fire weapons system with a FSDRAS (Fin Stabilized, Discarding Rail Accelerator Sabot) munition housed in a cylindrical removable magazine the ammo lights of said magazine switch from red (full) black (no ammo) a switch system is located along the barrel of the weapon to work as the mag release.It is a dual-stage weapon, use chemical propellant first and then electromagnetic rails as the second stage.
