The Confederate is a common drink for older Nepleslians and those that have served with the NDI. It is typically served in a beer mug or other heavy duty glass used for heavy duty man drinks. It can be served with ice and any additional embellishments.

The drink most resembles in taste the sweet grape juice used to provide nutrition to soldiers using NDI power armors, only it is far less nutritious. This is what makes it popular with its drinkers and where it gets its name. The combat stimulant White Tear also comes from the NDI, and helps keep the drinker awake, alert, and ready to drink more.
