The following page details the ranks of the Yuukan Republic.

Enlisted troops wear a rank pin on their left sleeve, and officers wear shoulderboards. Their ranks are overwhelmingly YNNX-Type Nekovalkyrja, though some mercenaries and thralls may be other races.

The political officer cast has a separate structure, but largely uses the same titles and rank pins- Generally referred to as 'Commissar' outside of their organisation, unless they are talking to units they have personally requisitioned.

Advancement is based on loyalty to the cause and general combat prowess, as much as it is about efficient organisation and squad tactics.
