This ambitious project was the dream of Professor Saiki Kouan. His proposal of this idea to the Empress is what lead him to be appointed Shuji to the Scientific Studies Service (SSS).

Saiki Kouan proposed that the Yamatai Star Empire could resurrect the Albini people by bringing their technological and scientific might to this cause.

Shuji Saiki Kouan was forced to abandon the project. In the preliminary stages of the project it was found that Albinian physiology was incompatible to the Hemosynthetic Reconstruction Tubes. Kouan was forced to send the following message.

It is with much regret and personal disappointment that I must inform you that the Albini Reborn Project is not viable. The Hemosynthetic process is inimical to the Albini physiology. As such the we at the SSS must abandon this effort.
