80mm Gatling Railgun
Developed in AF 260 (YE 31), the 80mm Gatling Railgun is a four-barreled railgun in a Gatling form designed to be used in strike craft. Using a spinning motion, the Gatling Railgun was created as an Anti-Armor, Anti-Fighter weapon to be used in a fixed battery position (normally aimed fore of the craft.)
Primary Role: Anti-Fighter Secondary Role: Anti-Armor Range: 5 kilometers in Atmosphere, Theoretically Unlimited in Space Rate of Fire: 8000 rounds per minute Muzzle Velocity: 3000 meters/second
