An energy weapon limited to Cruiser type warships, the Graser, or Gamma Ray Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, is a weapon using Gamma Rays, rather than standard electromagnetic radiation, to damage a target. With a ten meter lens, this Graser is much more powerful than the standard lasers used by Abwehran vessels in the past. However, due to the mechanics behind Gamma Rays and the difficulty in directing them, Graser turrets are not possible for the Abwehrans. Because of this, the 10 meter Graser is mounted as a Broadside battery and forces equipped vessels have there sides directed at a target. The focusing lens of the Graser is able to turn to enable a 30-degree cone of fire from its standard position.
