Using a tightly woven, multi-layer body suit, the Powered Armor Skin for the Abwehrans is designed to be a flexible sheath over the frame. The PA Armor would then go over the PA skin. Similar to the Skinsuit, the PA skin is stretched over the skin to provide a counter pressure design to the suit. This means it uses the pressure of the materials and frame to allow an operator to work in low pressure or vacuum environments. Because of this, the interior layer is that of a tight spandex. Over this layer are actually twenty, thin layers of woven spider silk to provide a sturdy, anti-ballistic cloth to the skin. This creates a light-weight skin for the Abwehran Powered Armor.
