Utilizing a new Operator Suit, the Power Armor Life Support Package, created in AF 260 (YE 31) utilizes the suits ability to run off shipboard, or in this case, armor-board life support systems through a series of connectors in the back. These connectors allow for breathable air to be pumped into the suit and waste products to be pumped into a storage container for later dumping.

The Armor-board system itself normally entails a container of breathable, compressed air much like what is found in diving equipment. Of course, this part of the system is only used for certain scenarios such as: vacuum, non-breathable atmospheres, and water-based insertions. Because of this, the containers are refillable.

Primary life support systems revolve around small filtration systems that take in breathable air from the outside and deliver it to the operator. The filters have the ability to filter harmful particles and poisons gases from the breathable air. All air, water, and ration management is regulated by the Skinsuit systems rather than the armor systems.
