A small space located beside both the Officer and Enlisted Mess Halls, the kitchen is active all the time as it prepares every meal for the entire crew. To do this, extensive equipment is needed to create large, buffet-style meals so crew members can eat at any time.

The only scheduled meal is the senior officer's dinner, which is basically a dinner with the Captain. These meals are prepared more like a restaurant than a galley meal, since Abwehrans go by the term 'rank haves it's privileges'.

A Abwehran Fire Suppression Locker and First Aid Station can be found near the entrance. The Kitchen also has an emergency_fire_suppression_system installed in the bulkheads and ceiling.
