The following is an article of peace between the Abwehran Star Empire and the people of Khorsovarolor under their newly formed government written YE 32/AF 260. For the purposes of this document, the people of Khorsovarolor will hereafter be referred to as 'the Khorsoi', while the ASE will be written as 'the Empire'.

Articles on the terms of peace between the Empire and the Khorsoi.

• The Khorsoi and the Empire are considered to be at peace with one another.
• The Khorsoi and the Empire are considered to be on unequal terms of economic and military might, but have the same right to exist.
  • The Empire agrees to act responsibly with its greater economic might and will not use it to leverage the Khorsoi into a disadvantageous position.
  • The Khorsoi agree to maintain only an In-System military presence in the Paracrux system and will only build up a sufficient military presence to protect its citizens.
• The Khorsoi and the Empire are considered to be on unequal terms of population and territory, but have the same right to exist.
  • The Empire agrees to act responsibly with its greater population and will not use it to leverage the Khorsoi into an disadvantageous position.
  • The Empire agrees to act responsibly with its larger territory and will not use it to leverage the Khorsoi into a disadvantageous position.
• The Khorsoi and the Empire are considered to be in a state of neutrality.

Articles on the terms of neutrality between the Empire and the Khorsoi.

• The Khorsoi and the Empire agree to allow military forces to pass each others territory on a case-by-case basis.
  • Both parties may refuse to do so if it puts their own nation at risk.
  • Both parties reserve the right to put guest fleets or other craft under escort.
  • Neither party may refuse to do so if it does not present a significant risk, but conversely endangers the lives of military personnel.
  • The Khorsoi agree to an Abwehran Quarterly / Standard Yearly inspection of their military forces by Abwehran Military Inspectors to ensure the terms of Section 1: Article 1 are being carried out. This term will expire in 2 Abwehran Years / 8 Standard Years time.

• The Khorsoi and the Empire agree to assist one another in military affairs outside of wartime measures as necessary. This includes piracy, Smuggling, and search & rescue.
  • Both parties may request assistance for rooting out pirate bases that pose mutual risks to one another.
  • Both parties may refuse such requests if conditions do not allow for it easily.
• The Khorsoi and Empire agree they are not in a state of military alliance and will not intervene in one anothers major conflicts until this treaty is ratified or replaced. However, the Empire guarantees the independence of the Khorsoi and will protect the Khorsoi's right for governance.
• The Khorsoi and the Empire agree to protect each others civilian populations if possible.
  • Both parties are only required to protect their own civilian vessels in deep space.
  • Both parties will protect each others civilian vessels while in systems that are colonized or play host to military facilities.
