Therefore, as of the Fourth Quarter of AF 260, individuals living on worlds labeled as Colony Worlds, as defined in Article Six, are hereby granted a special exception to Article Fifteen. This allows citizens on Colonies the right to own and operate chemical/electromagnetic-propelled ballistic weaponry in order to defend themselves from local fauna and pirate raiders.
