Approved in Fourth Quarter, AF 260 (YE 34)

In the Fourth Quarter of the 260th year After Freedom, the Imperial Parliament approves the right of a citizen to hold citizenship in both the Abwehran Star Empire and a second friendly interstellar polity. Because of this, the first requirement in Article Eighteen's requirements to gain citizenship has been made defunct.

In order to hold a dual citizenship and not serve time in the Abwehran Armed Forces (AAF) or government authorized organization, a potential citizen must have a native Abwehran citizen¹⁾ as a sponsor. After a trial period of One Quarter²⁾, the potential citizen will be given an identification card to signify his dual citizenship.

Dual Citizenship is not confirmed upon any children the citizen, unless said child is born on Abwehran soil.
