On the Eighth Month, First Quarter of the 260th Year of our Freedom, the Abwehran Star Empire opens our borders and extends a hand out to those in need or dream of a better life. We of the Imperial Parliament allow individuals of any species or creed to join the Abwehran Star Empire and gain citizenship.

To gain citizenship, the individual must:

• Be willing to revoke any citizenship from their previous nation Removed by Article Nineteen.
• Be willing to serve a minimum of one Abwehran Year (four standard years) in the Abwehran Armed Forces (AAF) or authorized Government Organization
• Be willing to follow the laws of the Abwehran Star Empire

Chances of citizenship are instantly revoked if an individual:

• Commits an act of Piracy before, during, or after their term of service
• Commits a violent crime during their term of service.
• Commits an act of espionage during their term of service.
