Developed in Ye_39 by heram_j._wazu, the U3900 speaker is a basic sound projection sub-system capable of putting out nearly 110db of noise from an armored 20cm diameter speaker.

The U3900 is a speaker subsystem, and it requires and external computer and power source in order to function. The speaker itself is built with Durandium Alloy components, magnets, and high strength composite fabrics where needed. Though the sound quality will not impress audiophiles it is more than capable of continuing to put out loud noise after taking substantial impacts.
