This payload system was designed for use with the Black shells from aeron_munitions. consists of a dual staged shell or slug stacked on one another. Upon impact, the top half of the shell or slug shatters and shreds the polymer which encases the caustic fluid. After a 200 milliseconds, a spark ignites the incendiary liquid or compressed aerosol fluid. The result is an acid bath followed by high intensity flames.

When used with a Black sniper bullet, the caustic liquid is released as intended by the fpds. The container for the caustic fluid acts as the spark for the second stage as the polymer collapses. As it collapses, it compresses the incendiary fluid causing it to ignite approximately 200 milliseconds later.

This payload is slightly modified to further increase the penetrating capability of the FMJ and protect the aerosol inside the single stage (rear part only) bullet ignite after the payload has entered the target.
