A bullet design used by aeron_munitions. For liquid and aerosol filled chambers, there is a thin membrane which halts the flow of fluid out of the middle of the bullet when traveling at normal speeds; however, this membrane can be broken if enough force is applied. For example, when the bullet impacts the target, the fluid suddenly hits the back of the nose cone and then rebounds. The rebounding of the fluid breaks the membrane and splatters the target with material.
