The kinetic barrier system has been designed to provide ships and installations with a means of providing a high degree of defense against kinetic based weapons of an energy or physically interactive composition.

The kinetic barrier system is a hull-integrated system which utilizes focused casimir fields, gravitational fields, and electromagnetic field technology to produce a barrier designed to interact fully with solid, gaseous, liquid, and dense plasma material. The field is designed to produce a cohesive barrier which is capable of forcing materials to simply 'roll off' of the barrier. The barrier can also effectively repel offending objects.

The kinetic barrier system is reliant upon a hull-integrated system which consists of a series of emitter arrays which are placed throughout the exterior hull. These emitter arrays are placed upon a ship in an even distribution so they can interact with each other and produce an inter-woven barrier. Each emitter array consists of a gravitic field projector, a series of casimir field generator plates, and an EM projector system. The system is designed to have the field producing systems interact and produce a multi-layered wall which is designed to react to matter and simply prevent its passing.
