Personality: Elise is a hard-working and loyal soldier of the empire, and her personality reflects her dedication. She has a universally calm demeanor, tending to keep to herself most of the time. The only time Elise raises her voice is in commanding troops in the field or when dealing with a hated enemy, and even then it is usually brought on by a desire to motivate and inspire either courage or fear rather than an irrational emotional response. Her entire mode of thought hinges around rationale and cold logic, however she does not take it to such a degree as to become unpersonable.

Elise's family is a noble one, hailing from ancient roots dating back to the Abwehran iron age, or so her father claims. Records from before AF 00 (BYE 883-879) are difficult to obtain, but the first records of House Weissel have described it as a noble lineage. With an extremely strict tradition of military service, Elise was conditioned for war from the day she was born, as were her older siblings. Of her brother and sister who are old enough to serve, Elise has been the most successful. Upon exiting from primary school, she immediately applied to, and was accepted into an AAF Imperial Military Academy for the Weltraumflotte. Although her fighting ability was superior to many of her comrades, she was by no means the ace of her class in that regard; however, she demonstrated tactical and leadership skills that far surpassed the other students in her year. She graduated with honors as a Valedictorian, and continued to steadily rise through the ranks of the Weltraumflotte through the years, participating in both peace-time and combat operations.

Elise is proficient in operating all standard forms of communication common within the Abwehran Armed Forces. She is fluent in Abwehran and Trade, and knows the proper procedures to write reports and fill out military documents.

Elise is capable of fighting on land in zero-gravity with any and all standard firearms, including rifles, pistols, shotguns, and submachineguns, and is well-versed in the Abwehran hand-to-hand combat art of Panzer Faust. She is also capable of using a variety of ground and space-based powered armors, but is most proficient with the PGI-M1 Dämon Powered Armor, as it is the only powered armor currently in service with the Weltraumflotte.

Elise can operate shipboard computer systems efficiently and can enter or search for information. Basic operations of ship systems and skinsuits is also included in the training.

Elise has a basic understanding of some advanced math skills, including algebra, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus.

Having graduated from the Officers Training Program, Elise has in-depth knoweldge of Abwehran Imperial Military Law as well as Military History and Tactics.

Elise is an exceptional leader with impressive public-speaking skills. She has a tendency to inspire her troops with short, dramatic speeches.

Elise has an extremely advanced understanding of military tactics and strategy, studying them moreso than anything else while in the academy, and continuing to study historical and modern examples throughout her service in the Weltraumflotte. She is capable in theory of leading a force of almost any size, but only has experience leading forces up to the size of a single Weltraumflotte marine platoon.
