Build and Skin Colour: Rei is just like all nekovalkyrjas built very feminine and slender, however not without some muscle tone. Her skin is pale pink and free from marks.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: The android has high cheek bones and the typical angular chin. Her red, almond shaped eyes always seem to be watchful.

Hair Colour and Style: Rei has black, slightly wavy hair. When worn loose it ends a bit past her chin. In formal situations she prefers it swept back into a knot, with bangs framing either both, or one side of her face.

Distinguishing Features: Rei's most distingushing features, as a nekovalkyrja, are her ears being swept back slightly like an angry kittens. In private she dresses in black or gray, since she has absolutely no sense of matching colors together.

Personality: Rei is often perceived as shy in social situations, due to the fact that she has very little expirience in interacting with other humanoids on other than formal levels. She tends to be overly logical, thinking without involving her feelings into the thoughtprocess, or other peoples feelings, focusing mainly on facts. She is almost painfully honest and very loyal. While some might consider her a heartless witch, she is in fact very protective of the few that consider her to be a friend. She has always been very commited to work and her employers well-being but in the process missing to live her own life.

Likes: Swimming, animals and insects, puzzles

Goals: Rei simply looks for a place where she can belong, a place where she is useful and can fill a purpose.

Rei was designed, and born to be a private bodyguard for a yamataian businessman, Yamagata Tori. Her life as his extra set of eyes and ears was rather monotone, every day had the same agenda: to keep Mr Tori out of harms way by all means. Most often this task was fairly uneventful, even though they travelled together and spent every moment together. The two were never intimate though, their relation businesslike. Rei felt often there was something missing in her life. Vigorous training used to scatter those thoughts, to her relief. She fearlessly defended him in dangerous situations, this eventually becoming her death. A business meeting turned into a gunfight, and Rei perished, doing her job covering Mr Tori’s body with her own. By that time she was the NH-17 Nekovalkyrja model, but since Mr Tori decided to retire, he chose to have Rei reborn into a nh-29, much to Rei’s dismay, as she considered it to be a downgrade. Yamagata had spent most of his time travelling, together with settling down, he found a woman he fell in love with. This didn’t affect the Nekovalkyrja to begin with, she was merely his employee. The yamataian woman however, saw Rei not only as obsolete, but also a rival and required him to fire the android just two months after Rei's re-making. Seeing how he had no use of a bodyguard anymore, but much more of a wife, Rei found herself for the first time alone, with no purpose in life and lost. This made Rei to join the Yamataian army, in hope for a lifelong service.

Communication: Rei is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is also familiar with using hand signals and codes, for low-tech encrypted communication. She is fluent in English and Japanese, mostly preferring English. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc

Fighting: Rei is highly proficient in hand to hand combat, self defense and martial arts. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, rifles, knives, and power armor.

Technology Operation: Rei is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information. She is however not very confident with her computer skills.

Mathematics: Rei has received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry. Designed for abstract thinking and problem solving, she finds mathematics interesting and fun.

Physical: Rei has received training in acrobatics, both with and without power armor. She has an unorthodox, parkour style of using her acrobatic skills, where adapting to the envoirment and improvisation are the key ingredients.

Medical and Science: Rei knows first aid and how to take care of wounds and broken bones temporarily. She also knows how to transport an injured person to safety without causing them further harm.

Survival and Military: Rei has basic skills in survival, making shelters, making fire, hunting and tracking.
