Height: 5'9 Mass: 165 lbs Measurements: N/A Build and Skin Color: At 5’9 he's not the tallest and he knows it. What he lacks in height he makes up for in speed and his solid 165 pounds is lean and well toned.

Eyes and Facial Features: Bonze skin with eyes the color of honey and an easy smile he has the face of a natural charmer. This is something he uses to great effect. He has a ring of scars around his left eye where he was hit with shrapnel.

Hair Color and Style: He keeps his black hair short or cut off completely usually. He likes to keep his facial hair neat at all times.

Distinguishing Features: Aside from his horns which are lacquered black he has a set of glowing green tribal tattoos starting on his chest and work their way out ward to cover his entire left are from elbow to the back of his hand.

Personality: Gambler, con artist, womanizer, he is fearless in regards to his job. He knows the danger involved with a life of heroism, but is not intimidated. Jabali is a man who prefers to live in the moment, making the most of his present circumstances rather than worrying about the future.

Very forthright and strong-minded, Jabali has often clashed with her peers and superiors. Regardless, he is a loyal figure, dedicated to his friends, and increasingly feeling the responsibilities placed upon him to become a leader.

For all his love of adventure, he dislikes complications and is fond of the “easy life.” However, his adventurous, debonair exterior is augmented by his deep sense of loyalty. This is in part reflected by his adventurous, risk-taking, and seemingly shallow nature. He was known for being a classy, dapper gentleman, with a sense of humor, and fine fashion taste.

When he feels it is needed, Jabali is known to take charge of a situation, often solving problems in unexpected ways. In such cases, he has little regard for rules, regulations, or established conventions if he felt his methods were more suited to the situation.

Pre-RP

Maraeck Monastery Jabali was the secret child of a rogue Eyr Ranr and a Sund Wakir preisttess. His father Nyawela promised his mother, Kitoga he would be willing to be monogamous. Unfortunately this was a lie and two years after Jabali’s birth he disappeared, presumably heading back to whatever Eyr Ranr airship he had abandoned to be with her. His mother, at a loss as to what to do, enrolled him in the monasteries training program for orphans. She was unaware at the time that she had given borth to the one in a million chance among their people, a true telepath. He excelled at his martial and philisophical studies thanks in part to his abilities, but the lack of connection and the stifling enviroment created at the monastery seemed to choke his Eyr Ranr blood. So after nine years of being at the monastery, the child who was older than his years packed a small survival kit and headed out into the desert.

Kaeshun City He was only gone for days before he was discovered by an airship. Turns out it was a pirate ship. But the Eyr Ranr pirates of ship Ahlid were impressed with the fighting abilities of one so young and his determination and kept him onboard. Jabali, lacking any clear purpose in his life decided to stay with them for a while. After all, his mother had told him a few stories about his father and his name, so staying among the Eyr Ranr for a while would probably help him find his father. But as the days turned into weeks, then the weeks turned into months and years he began to forget all about the original plan of finding his father so caught up was he in the life of a pirate. But his telepathy with little training had started to become less stable and he was forced to damp down the ability in order to keep himself going. But all good things must come to an end and when his ship was attacked by an enemy vessel he was captured. Taken to Kaeshun City he was sold into slavery among the Star Colonies. He was 16 at the time.

Star Islands He served on several different colonies as a mechanical repairman. After several months he was brought onto a station where activities were going on that were better left out of the light. An underground frame fighting arena had been established. Picking him for his amazing repair abilities he was brought onboard the colonie. But his nature couldn’t be broken and when a match got out of control he hopped in a Frame himself to protet the civillian spectators. After defeating both opponents it was decided that he would be offered a chance to win his freedom by participating in the arena. All he had to do was win matches and collet the prize money which in turn would go to his buy-off price. All told he was on the colony a little over two years before he could eventually afford to be free and make his way back planet side. But with few talents outside fo the martial realm and his young age he had few options. SO he took what he could. He joined the military.

Basic and Frame Runner Training Basic was easy for him as was Frame training as he already had experience in most of the things required. After years of veiwing his people innermost thoughts left him with an attitude that was naturally outspoken asnd was not used to take orders. His instructors told him on many occasions that he would be the perfect soldier if he would just shut his mouth. After successfully passing both courses he was assigned to several lower class units on simple patrols. Recently though he has come up on new orders and is excited to see where they take him.

Jabali is proficient in both defensive and offensive hand-to-hand techniques as well as the use of several hand weapons, including knives, pistols, rifles and light explosives such as grenades. He is in excellent physical form, with sufficiently high endurance to survive situations such as elevated G-forces.

Jabali has had extensive courses in the use of NI systems aboard the Organoid craft employed by the Astral Vanguard, and understands how to properly utilize his own entry ports to interface with compatible systems. The use of standard-issue electronic devices and conventional computers have also been a part of his education.

Jabali is capable of using all standard communications found in the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth, in particular those employed by the Astral Vanguard. This includes laser, radio and MASC-enhanced variations in various formats and media. He is fluent in Saalsari and Haidasari, and can speak, read and write it correctly. He can communicate clearly even while under fire or in other unnerving situations.

Jabali is capable of basic medical techniques, including everything up to first aid, emergency care such as CPR or the Heimlich maneuver and the administering of pre-prepared medicine, such as painkillers or stimulants.

Jabali has advanced comprehension and practical ability in the piloting of a Powered Frame unit, capable of flying under most conditions and operating all of the onboard weaponry safely and efficiently in combat scenarios. He can make complex battlefield maneuvers while under high stress (combat, etc) and adjust his movements to compensate for all logical combat variables (gravity, weapons fire, atmospheric conditions, etc). He understands the basic functionality of his machine and can make basic repairs to certain subsystems.

Jabali has learned the essentials of tactics and command, but has not achieved the required level of mastery to put himself in a command position. However, he is capable of giving and following tactical orders quickly and efficiently in combat scenarios and can follow the command structure of his unit or wing while under highly stressful conditions (combat, etc). He is capable of making use of the information given to him (tactical maps, target statistics, marked targets, etc) and finding relevant information to send to the rest of his unit.

Jabali has an understanding of the technologies employed by the Astral Vanguard, and is well versed in the techniques behind their repairs. He understands the separate methods behind doing those repairs on both organoid and conventional technologies. He can spot certain obvious weaknesses on most craft, and find some others with a proper blueprint and time to study it.

• Modified Jacket

His jacket is a tan color and is made of Synthetic Arachnid Silk with self-repairing nanited mixed into the weave. Underneath the upper layer are thin, articulated plates backed by anti-kinetic padding. There are two hidden pockets on the inside as well as two easy access ones on the outside and a built in holster on the inner left side.

• Modified Gloves/Boots

The gloves are form-fitting leather with plates on the back of the hands. The boots are sturdier leather with thick rubber soles and padding along the sides and front. Each boot has a built in holster for a knife.

• Modifed Pants

His pants are made of an exoic plant fiber dyed a darker brown than his jacket. The weave is tighter to make it smoother and thinner and slightly water resistant as well as less likely to tear.
