• Stnqrht Krttrdth, or more simply 'Stan', appears as a mature, middle-aged graxlat. Stan is roughly humanoid with oily green skin and has two arms and two legs. Its face is vaguely triangular and rat-like with three large eyes, two of which are out towards the edge of its face with the third sat high in the center. Being short but fat, the graxlat stands at 137cm (4ft 6in) tall and weighs 93kg (205 lbs). Stan has thick, shaggy, coarse hair that is often matted and runs from the back of its head and down its back to the base of the spine. Its fat body is very flabby, with natural pockets throughout the body, hidden within the rolls of fatty tissue. Stan possesses both male and female genitalia, as well as four wombs and is capable of self-impregnation, child-birthing and child-rearing.

• Stan, like most graxlat, believes greed is the purest of all emotions for it is the basic drive of all life to want more than it has right now. It is an unabashed kleptomaniac of the opinion that that which is not appropriately secured is not wanted by its owner and is thus free for the taking. Stan's loyalty, such that it is, lays with whoever is currently paying it until a better offer comes along. Like many shorter-lived species, it tends towards hyperactive behaviour and will likely become bored if forced to be inactive for too long without something to distract it. Stan takes satisfaction in taking nothing and making it into something with value, especially when it costs it nothing and is thus pure profit. Like most graxlat, Stan is highly unsanitary and doesn't bathe unless caught out in the rain or a water pipe bursts.

• When not otherwise occupied, Stan has the habit of scratching at the entrances to his skin pockets. It also occasionally rubs between rolls of skin before sniffing its fingers.

• Stan was born in YE 26, the second child of three. After being born, crawled into one of its parents skin pouches until it had finished developing. Its parent worked as part of a nomadic scavenger crew that traversed abandoned battle sites looking for salvage. This led to many opportunities for Stan to learn about scavenging, tinkering and fixer-uppering (its parent's specialty).

• In YE 34, Stan left its 'home ship' to find its own source of income and hasn't seen its family since. It would spend several years bouncing between pirate and scavenger crews with the occasional stretch of time spent on stations or planets before eventually having to move on when the local populace had had enough of the smell and/or Stan's sticky fingers. It arrived on Sood Zadra in early YE 44, where it was promptly abandoned when its ship departed vastly ahead of schedule while Stan was conveniently scouring a scrapyard for parts. That Stan was suffering a particularly vicious case of graxlat flab stank at the time, having been hosed down by the crew a week earlier, was not a coincidence.

• By YE 45, Stan was making its living on Sood Zadra through a combination of scavenging and tinkering, with the occasional straight up repair job.

Stnqrht Krttrdth is pronounced Stank-rot Critter-death but is never written down that way and, when pronounced by Stan, is almost impossible to discern.
