Dishe'trum is one of the chemical elements discovered by the Neshaten during the times of the Federation, and was rediscovered in ER 109, Dishe'trum was originally used in the creation of medicines but in the year of ER 298 it was discovered that alloying Dishe'trum with crushed crystalline created a strong material used in the creation of ship and station superstructures.
