Salvage licenses can be purchased from the Lorath Matriarchy to permit salvage in Lorath space, and permit the salvage of Lorath wreckage. All salvaged goods which are gathered in Lorath space, or have a Lorath origin must be reported to the Lorath Matriarchy. A salvage license also grants the bearer a 5% discount on purchased Lorath goods.

A port pass provides fast-access to Lorath planetary and space ports, a port pass also grants a 10% discount to purchased Lorath goods.

A Mercenary and privateer contractor license provides the bearer the right to operate as a mercenary or privateer within Lorath space, this license also grants the bearer access to Lorath military equipment sales.

A prospector license provides the bearer the right to prospect for and extract natural geological assets from asteroids, natural satellites, and planetoids. Limitations to this license include mass quantities which can be extracted, location regulations, and specific content allocations. Prospector licenses are issued per astronomical/geological body/location. Planetary allocations are per cubic kilometer. Quantity of mass to be extracted/relocated limited to one cubic kilometer per license. License holders are required to submit manifests of extracted materials, and adhere to ecological conservation guidelines. Standard license holders are obligated to bestow 1% of monetary gain and 10% of processed matter to Lorath Matriarchy. Additional fees apply for sole mining rights to a given location. License holders are entitle to use of Lorath Matriarchy civilian services and benefits.

Special Prospector License options exist for individuals or agencies wishing to work on contract with the Lorath Matriarchy. Special prospector licenses grant the holder the right to prospect for and extract minerals from from asteroids, natural satellites, and planetoids. Area allocated to special license holders is 25 cubic kilometers. However, all extracted materials are to be presented to the Lorath Matriarchy, which would then pay the license holder 110% market value for gathered materials. Same regulations and benefits apply.
