Kazumi was born in early YE 41, she is the youngest child of Taisho Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko and daughter of Taisa Kage Yaichiro. She was born admist the brutal conflict between the Yamatai Star Empire and the Interstellar Kingdom Of Kuvexia.

Kazumi's personality strikes a balance between maturity and youthful exuberance while off-duty to those that have taken the time to know her. She will often show a friendly, kind and considerate disposition to those she considers friends and a slightly more reserved demeanor with those she does not. In either case, Kazumi can be somewhat animated while speaking depending on the situation. While not yet born during the splitting of the Motoyoshi Clan in YE 30, she has however been taught or rather have a deeply indoctrinated sense of distaste when said event is brought to her attention.

While on the job, Kazumi strives for excellence while trying to exude a sense of professionalism and attention to detail. Enjoying her job, Kazumi does not shy away from the more seedier, less than thrilling perks of her chosen profession. Knowing even the little things can add up to better, greater rewards should she prove herself. This makes her ambitious, and Kazumi could be seen as a risk-taker depending on the situation she is involved in and is more than willing to tip the odds in her favor.

• While not unusual, Kazumi enjoys reading printed books preferring them to say downloading them to a tablet or directly to her mind. As such she keeps a small collection on hand.
  • She practices martial arts and sticks to a strict and thorough exercise regime.
  • By no means is she an otaku but, Kazumi tends to enjoy playing video games. Particularly first-person shooters and MMORPGs. She can be fairly obsessive over them at times.

As of now, Kazumi's goals tend to lean more towards self-advancement at present.

Pale complected and with a heart-shaped face, Kazumi's burnished, violet-purple eyes are large and almond-shaped with a slight sheen. Her eyebrows are symmetrical with long eyelashes, while her nose is narrow. Kazumi has a defined jawline with an angular chin and high cheekbones.

Her lips are a hue of light pink and slender.

While the Nekovalkyrja are offered alternate options for their ears (cat, elf, human), Kazumi has consistently maintained those of a cat. They are short furred and the same ice-blue as her hair with a velvety feel and a puff of downy white fur in her ears to help keep water out.

Kazumi was born with thick, straight ice-blue hair that gradually darkens and takes on a bluish violet shade the closer to the tips it goes. She wears it long, with short sidelocks and side-swept bangs which seem to (on her whim) change sides from day to day.

Kazumi does not follow the stock, lithe build seen in Yamatai amongst some of its female citizens, Mikan or Nekovalkyrja alike. Instead, Kazumi has more than adequate curvature. As a result of her daily regime of exercise and being graced with a Nekovalkyrja body, she keeps herself in shape. Her body is firm where it needs to be as stated above with some softness elsewhere.

She has a pale cream, blemish-free complexion.

There isn't much to tell about Kazumi's life before enlisting in the Star Army, and subsequent advancement as an Star Army Intelligence Analyst.
