In the event that META_mahn has not logged on to the forums for 30 days and/or is permanently banned from the site, the next active user on the list below will become the Faction Manager of the Elysian Celestial Empire, with instructions to carry on with maintaining the status quo of Making Elysia Great Again and enhancing the overall Elysian presence within the setting via creating new content on the wiki and via roleplaying.
