the OIF Ake is one of Origin's small number of Jinkan escorts assigned to escort duty of important origin projects.

the OIF Ake is a brand new ship, built in YE 31 by Origin Industries. In october of YE 31, the ship assisted in escorting the OIF Bull to the Ketsurui Military sector. ON the way, the fleet was ambushed by a small group of NMX ships. The Ake was heavily damaged and lost all power, but was able to assist in destroying two of the NMX Scouts before it lost its main fusion reactor.
