He/they are on the short side (barely over 150cm) with androgynous, boyish features. A pair of stubby deer like antlers protrude from his dark brown hair and he has long eears that protrude from the sides of his head that often give away his emotions. His lower extremities are covered in extremely short fur and end in hooves. His uniform pants are tailored with cut outs for his stubby tail.

Though they started their career as an infantry officer, they're finding a new passion as a spreadsheet warrior with the Rikugun Test and Eval Battalion. Due to their chipper, optimistic, and downright playful demeanor, many people discount their extremely analytical mind. In their role with the Test and Eval Battalion, they use their analytical skills to soberly assess the needs of the Rikugun and make procurement recommendations.

Pierre Ruike was born 20日 4月 YE 14 in Kyoto (then Geshrinopolis). Pierre's life before the Star Army was painfully average. He was a better-than-average student throughout his primary schooling but never felt truly passionate about anything. He enrolled in university for a business degree and did all of the standard university things. He joined clubs, went to parties, he attended class frequently enough to keep his grades up. The idea of becoming another corporate suit after graduation absolutely horrified Pierre. So he traded the black business suit for a RIKUPAT uniform and reported at Fort Hikari for Mayame Officer School.

They are currently organizing a working group between the Star Army and Rikugun to outline the program requirements for the Next Gen Fighter Program. As part of this project, they requested to be allowed aboard the YSS Azalea II as an observer.

While stationed on the YSS Azalea II, Pierre agreed to test a Yu-M1-2B Series "Molly" Light Mechanized Power Armor prototype.
