Named after the word for 'Emissary', the Ehe'sii'ne Class of vessels were designed to serve the role of diplomacy. The vessel was put into service in EE 002-v, only a small number exist.

The Ehe'sii'ne was created by Shukara Armaments and Manufacturing along with the help and architectural expertise of Endo'treshe Lays'he. The ships intended purpose was to serve the of diplomacy, to be sent out to distant planets to help bridge worlds and create treaties and build friendships with other nations. The ships basic layout still follows the same Neshaten philosophy of never being the same twice, in this, each ship has a completely unique layout to throw off potential boarders and enemies but also to prevent spies from being able to single out one Ehe'sii'ne and record its layout and then think that the layout is the same elsewhere.

Although the ship is designed for peacekeeping, the dangers of Neshaten space have prevented it from going without any kind of defences, as the ship typically travels alone and without an escort. Its defences are comprised of over eight Beam Blister that are spread across the ships hull, designed to appear as 'bumps' of insignificant value, protecting the ship are its shield generators and a newly invented form of armoured systems known as a Multi-layered Composite Armour, this particular system is the reason why this class of ship has fewer weapons than what one would typically find for a ship its class - but this kind of armour means it can survive for longer periods of time and potentially even evade and escape from marauding enemies.

Despite it not being standard, the ship can be equipped with a sensor dampening system that can help reduce the likelihood of peeping ships from detecting what is on-board the ship - such as dignitaries or even cargo. The ships sloping 'wings' aren't just anaesthetic but instead hide the propulsion systems needed so that the ship can operate underwater. A hanger bay located inbetween the wings and on the bottom of the ship has enough room for two squadrons and a group of CC-32 Orso'dian Dropship's which can be used either for defence or escort of dignitaries.

When Neshaten scientists and communications observers began to pick up on odd signals from deep space, the Monarchy knew that there might be 'something' out there; although there was quite a bit of arguments in regards to what it might be one thing that everyone had agreed on is that they were most likely not alone in the cluster they'd escaped to. The Monarchy, in the year of EE 001, did something rare - it commissioned S.A.M. to construct the first ship designed to serve as a diplomatic vessel and which could be used to potentially help garner peace in the event the Kingdom ever encountered another nation.

S.A.M., despite having experise in designing ships, choose to seek the ship of another engineer by the name of Endo'treshe Lays'he; known for creating ships of rather unique design and architecture, the man was quite well known within the Navy circles as having a hand in almost every 'strange' ship design, despite not being listed in order to protect his identity. Endo' knew that in order to create a ship that could serve the Monarchies request, it would have to be designed not only to be sleek looking, but also have the protection needed to survive in the harsh world that the Kingdom and its citizens currently reside in.

Unlike other Neshaten vessels, Endo' choose to place the ships bridge toward the front and with a clear view of the outside; which was a break from tradition which typically had the bridge located deep within the ships hull and begin armour. However, Endo' didn't make this the only bridge on the ship, but rather, just the primary - with a secondary bridge following tradition. Because of how dangerous space is, Endo' choose to arm the ship with Blisters - a unique form of weaponry that was still new to the Neshaten but had shown a lot of promise since its inclusion into the Neshaten's military arsenal. Along with this came the usage of the multi-armour composite system, something Endo' had designed to help give what would typically be considered a 'weak' ship more of a fighting chance against enemies.

However, that wasn't the only thing Endo' had chosen to do. Much of the ships internal compartments weren't actually located 'next' to exterior hull but instead was placed three meters from it - with the crevices between it filled with a new kind of insulation gel, a kind of gel designed by the medical industry that found its usage in the military for sealing up breaches within a ships hull; Endo' felt it to be the perfect usage due to the important missions the ship would have to undertake.

The ship resembles a knife that has two wings slopped downward below the main hull, it narrows down into a point toward the front.
