ODM is the firearm and weapon section of Origin Industries. ODM manufactures Personal Firearms and Starship weaponry, as well as bladed weapons including knives and swords. It is run by Rob Robertson the Third.
ODM provides a number of products, designed for many purposes, such as personal arms, Power Armor weapons, and Starship-based weapons.
Personnel-scale weapons are designed to be carried and utilized by individuals not wearing powered armor.
Power armor weapons are designed for use only be individuals utilizing a Powered Armor, and cannot be utilized by unarmored personnel.
Starfighter and heavy vehicle accessories tend to bridge the gap between lightweight Power Armor weapons, and the heavy starship weapons, giving a heavy anti-armor and light anti-starship capability.
Starship grade weapons are large and cumbersome, normally required to be solidly anchored to a large, stable object such as a starship hull.
