This rank serves as a probationary position for Star Military personnel that have commited crimes against their nation. People of this rank could be demoted from any position, even the Grand Admirals and Master General. Those in this rank lose their basic rights as a soldier, and their authority removed. This rank is reserved for the highest crimes, mostly felonies. Characters of this rank receive no pay.
