The Origin Industries crew barracks are very standard barracks rooms with single beds lined up along the walls, a lockbox at the foot of each bed, and view screens placed on either end of the room. Next to each bunk is a small dresser/desk combo.

Beds are twin-sized matteress beds with basic frames that are attached to the floor. They have full sheet sets and pillows. There is a six-inch tall space underneath the bed for storage of small objects.

A barracks room has a communal restroom on each side with several shower and toilet stalls. The number varies by the size of the ship, but must have at least one of each. There are also sinks with flip-away mirrors that have small medicine cabinets behind them.

Rooms sometimes have dividers hidden in the walls halfway through the room, allowing them to be partitioned off. Dividers can either be made out of thick fabric, or thin folding walls. Fabric-type dividers have a zipper in the middle, allowing them to be opened for passage, while folding-types have a small door near the middle of the divider.
