Going into YE 45, the Yugumo Corporation became a process of transformation toward an expanded corporate structure and organizing their product lines into brands. The Yugumo Signature® product brand was previously known as Yugumo Corporation Ventures; which already included well known brands such as the Kikyo Pie Company, Tachi's, and the infamous Takeda House. The Yugumo Signature® brand adopted those existing ventures into its structure and planned for a new generation of establishments run by the company.

Yugumo Signature offers a variety of Restaurants, Hotels, and Tourism-based attractions.
