A generic energy pistol made by Origin Defense Manufacturing. Production of the SEP ceased in YE 37 but the weapon is still widely available on the used market for next to nothing.
Upon pulling the trigger, energy is drawn from the battery and focused through a series of lenses to produce an energy blast. Stun mode only sends energy through one lens, causing a shorter range, non-lethal blast.
Field Maintenance Procedure: Wipe and clean after every mission, taking care to scrub the barrel down and all moving parts.
Pricing: No longer produced, the SEP is still widely available on the used market.
