The VRD is the area of the Neshaten Division of Transportation that handles all repair work for cars, trucks, and gravity vehicles. Although private repair shops do exist, the Neshaten Division of Transportation has its own repair centers so citizens who get their vehicles towed due to vehicle problems can easily get them repaired.

VRD is also where road-side crews are dispatched from road-side emergencies.

The car and truck repair center handles all manners of repairs for wheeled/threaded cars and trucks, including the replacing of equipment and tires or threads but also body work.

The Grav repair center handles all repairs on all manners of gravity vehicles, such as bikes, cars, and trucks. They will replace the gravity generators, engine; pretty much anything in the car is repaired from this center.
