The original creator of the Neshaten was Kyle, the current FM is club24 as Kyle departed the site in late 2018 and succession was passed to club24. Due to the FM change and the permanent absence of Kyle the will has been updated to comply with these changes as well as new wishes from both Kyle and club24.

In the event that club24 should vanish from the site for whatever reason and does not make an official statement about the fate of the faction it will be passed on to current CO FM Rawolfe or if they are unable to take it, SirSkully, if he is also unable to accept, absent or does not wish to accept the faction is to be changed to an NPC faction and made non-playable with no exceptions. This includes any future character or technology creation as well as them being used within RP, existing characters may still be used and transferred to different factions or plots.

Should the faction become a non-playable faction the wiki articles may remain in place so long as they are not tampered with, part of this in keeping with the Neshaten ideals and outlook is that no faction may preside over them or “acquire” them as Neshaten are isolationist by nature and would simply keep to themselves away from other nations, exceptions to this may be granted if club24, Rawolfe or a new and current FM say so.

The civilian corporation Galactic Horizon run by club24 is not included in this will and is not affected by this will.
