NMX kitchens are large things, each standard compartment as large as the galley they serve. They have ovens, stoves, cutting boards, and enough dishes to serve the NMX Galley they are attached to. They also have a large dishwasher capable of washing half of the Galley's kitchenware at once. Kitchens are kept clean, well-lit and almost every surface is gray stainless steel.

Depending on the size of the ship/kitchen, a Mishhuvurthyar may be overseeing the work of the NMX Cooks.
