Tomoko is a Nekovalkyrja, Type 33 with pale porcelain skin, snowy white hair, and cute aquamarine eyes. Her figure is typically athletic like most of her kind, and she tends to be very expressive with her body language. She is 150cm tall and weighs 49 kilograms, with measurements of B72-W58-H89 cm.

Tomoko is an INFP ¹⁾ personality type, she tends to be shy and quiet unless she is forced out of her comfort zone. She would rather the company of a good book, to work on her research, or engage in remote think tanks that don't require actual contact with others. Since her success in her field though she has had to force herself out of her comfort zone to give lectures, host conferences, and present information to government officials. The adjustment to these situations is generally very taxing on Tomoko and generally results in lengthy retreats back into her comfort zone which tends to be progressive towards her research.

She tends to stick to the things that are in her wheelhouse and is very devoted to her job and specialization. She has sacrificed romantic relationships in the name of remaining focused on her career. Tomoko has a unique ability to see through situations and obstacles towards a brighter future. The few friendships she's cultivated have looked towards her for inspiration during trying times, such as the recent Kuvexian War.

Shinichiro Tomoko was born in YE 28 in the city of Kyoto, Yamatai (Planet). She was created by the Star Army of Yamatai and spent a year as a Star Army Soldier at which time she was deployed to Nataria. After a year of service at the Nataria Fleet Depot she decided to specialize and become a Doctor for the Star Army of Yamatai. In YE 29 she transferred to the Star Army Academy at Tania on Yamatai (Planet).

During her final year at the academy, Tomoko wrote a paper on the 'Advanced Applications of Hemosynthetics, The future of the Hemosynthetic Conduit System'. The paper garnered a great deal of interest and she was contacted by Ketsurui Zaibatsu in regards to a post-graduation placement in their Hemosynthetics division as part of an internship. In YE 40 the internship position became a permanent position. Tomoko's work was centered around the development of a successor system to the Hemosynthetic Conduit System, her advanced understanding of the science led to the successful prototype of the Nodal Liquid Conduit System which was eventually deployed in the Star Army of Yamatai in YE 42.

Tomoko's understanding of the synthetic composition and femtomechanical assembly of hemosynth and its applications in technology has led her to become one of the foremost specialists in her field. She frequently tours around the Yamatai Star Empire giving lectures, collaborating with other Ketsurui Zaibatsu scientists, and conducting research at various Ketsurui Zaibatsu facilities.
