Motoyoshi-Kotoku Sui

Motoyoshi-Kotoku Sui is an NPC controlled by GM Andrew who appears in the Resolutions Of The Ghost plot. She was a Star Army of Yamatai Chujo from the Fifth Expeditionary Fleet and the Senator of Taiie. In YE 39 she retired from the Star Army of Yamatai, but in YE 42 at the call of her sister, Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko, she returned to the Star Army of Yamatai as a Chujo in the First Expeditionary Fleet.

Kotoku Sui is an attractive and very opinionated Nekovalkyrja, Type 33, with black hair and green eyes. Sui tends to come across as abrasive, she doesn't hold her opinion back. She is a Nekoist, a xenophobe and is very intolerant of other Species. She often has to stop herself from voicing opinions that could get her in hot water in the modern Star Army of Yamatai.

Sui is one of Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko's sisters and is one of the original twelve leaders of the Motoyoshi Clan. She led the Kotoku Tributary and the Kotoku System is named after her and her family. In YE 42, she took the Motoyoshi name fully as a symbol of unity and followed the lead of her sister.

In YE 39 she retired from the Star Army of Yamatai, but in YE 42 at the call of her sister, Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko, she returned to the Star Army of Yamatai as a Chujo in the First Expeditionary Fleet.

Sui despises Motoyoshi Eri and has a love-hate relationship (That was a marriage, for a week in YE 32) with Motoyoshi-Ieyasu Taro, who enjoys bringing her down a notch and calling her names like “Chujo Cuppycake.” They had a daughter together, Kotoku Kei. Sui blames Motoyoshi Eri for destroying her marriage and an assortment of other unfortunate events.
