Y'Verus is the second rank in the warrant officer listing in the Shukara Volunteer Navy, it is above the rank of G'Tyere but below the rank of R'Mueta, soldiers of this rank have gained enough experience in their field to be granted permission to run departments over those of an enlisted soldier.
