A W'Xesna is the second officer rank in the Shukara Volunteer Navy and is above the rank of N'Marida but below that of M'Aura, typically they are put in charge of departments or serve as assistants to other officers. W'Xesna is the thoeretical last rank that a child soldier can be promoted to.

It is pronounced as Wa-Xis-nay and can be shortened to W'Xes.
