A V'Quirese is a training rank in the Shukara Volunteer Navy that is below the rank of Z'Nyucese, and is reserved for soldiers whom have just entered the military officer training academy and didn't go through the Enlisted Ranks. It is pronounced as Vey-Qare-Rez
